Nathaniel Farrow leads the firm's capital markets practice, advising issuers, underwriters, and investors on equity and debt offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible notes, and high-yield financings.

He has led more than 200 capital markets transactions representing in excess of $150 billion in aggregate deal value. His clients include leading investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational corporations.

Nathaniel is a member of the New York City Bar Association's capital markets committee and lectures annually at NYU School of Law.
