Constance Wu leads the firm's intellectual property practice from San Francisco, advising technology companies, life sciences firms, and institutional investors on patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing, and technology transactions.

With a background in electrical engineering, Constance brings technical depth to complex patent matters in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications. She has first-chaired more than 30 patent trials in federal district court and the ITC.

She serves on the board of the Bay Area Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and is regularly invited to testify before Congress on IP policy.
