Summer Associate (2027 Program)

Sterling & Ghold LLP invites second-year law students to apply for our 2027 Summer Associate Program. Summer associates rotate through practice groups across our offices and gain hands-on experience on live client matters under close mentorship from partners and senior associates.

The programme includes formal training sessions, client events, and pro bono opportunities. Participants are considered for full-time associate offers. Our Summer Associates have historically converted to full-time offers at one of the highest rates in the industry.

• Current second-year law student (J.D. or J.D./LL.M. candidate) at an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong academic record; law review membership preferred
• Leadership experience and demonstrated commitment to excellence
• Applications accepted through the OCI process and directly via this portal
• No prior big-law experience required — we value diverse professional backgrounds
