Senior Paralegal — Litigation

Our Litigation group seeks an experienced Senior Paralegal to support our New York team on complex commercial and securities litigation matters. You will work directly with partners and associates on active cases and contribute to trial preparation, document review, and motion practice.

Responsibilities include managing case files and document databases, coordinating with e-discovery vendors, preparing deposition and trial exhibits, conducting factual research, and drafting correspondence and procedural filings under attorney supervision.

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firm
• Proficiency with Relativity, CaseMap, or comparable litigation management software
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters under deadline pressure
• Experience with federal court ECF filing required
