Associate — Private Equity

Our Private Equity group is looking for a talented associate to advise leading PE sponsors on fund formation, portfolio company acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, and exits. The role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from initial due diligence through closing and portfolio management.

You will work alongside some of the most experienced PE lawyers in the country on transactions at the forefront of the market, including take-privates, carve-outs, and complex continuation fund vehicles.

• J.D. with top academic credentials
• 2–4 years of private equity or M&A transactional experience at a leading firm
• New York Bar admission required
• Experience with LBO financing documentation a plus
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
