Associate — Complex Commercial Litigation

Our Litigation group is looking for a mid-level associate to join our New York office. You will work on high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts, including securities litigation, contract disputes, and business torts. The role offers early client contact and significant courtroom exposure.

Typical responsibilities include legal research and writing, drafting motions and briefs, preparing for depositions and hearings, and managing discovery workstreams. Associates are expected to take an active role in trial preparation and may have the opportunity to conduct witness examinations under supervision.

• J.D. with strong academic credentials; law review or moot court participation preferred
• 2–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm or federal clerkship
• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligible for admission by motion)
• Demonstrated legal writing ability; writing sample required
• Experience with e-discovery platforms (Relativity preferred)
